What's covered, plainly
The 6-month general warranty applies to:
- Cockroaches (German, American, Australian)
- Ants (black house, sugar, coastal brown)
- Spiders (redback, white-tailed, web species)
- Silverfish
- Wasps and paper wasps (30 days from same-location re-establishment)
- Fleas (6 months, conditional on pet being on a vet-grade flea program)
Product-specific warranties
Some pests need their own warranty terms - rodents, possums, and wasps work differently from a standard general spray.
Rodents (rats and mice)
30-day clearance guarantee on internal infestations. Ongoing programs available for properties under sustained external pressure.
Possums
6-month re-entry warranty on sealed entry points.
Wasps
30-day return coverage for the same treated nesting point.
What's not covered
The honest list. We won't pretend the warranty covers everything, because no warranty in this industry actually does.
- Damage caused by pests prior to treatment (we treat the population, not the building damage they caused)
- Reinfestation arising from a separate species or a new entry pathway not present at the time of treatment
- Properties where the customer declines a recommended secondary treatment (e.g. baiting follow-up, perimeter sealing)
- Commercial premises not on a scheduled program (one-off commercial treatments do not carry the residential warranty)
- Pest pressure originating from a neighbouring property where no coordinated treatment has been arranged
