We collect personal information you provide directly - name, phone number, email address, property address, the pest issue you’re asking about, and (where relevant) details about pets or vulnerable household members so we can apply treatments safely.

How we use it

We use your information to quote and deliver pest control services, schedule appointments, communicate about your booking, send treatment certificates and warranty information, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including pest control license record-keeping), and contact you for warranty re-attendance where required.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the technician attending your job, our scheduling and CRM platforms (under contract), our accountant for compliance, and where legally required (e.g. food-safety auditor for commercial customers).

Storage and security

Information is stored on systems hosted in Australia where practical. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
