Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of pest control services by Resolve Pest Control Pty Ltd (ACN - verification in progress).

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days and based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If scope materially changes at attendance, we will explain that clearly before work proceeds.

Warranty

General pest treatments carry a written 6-month warranty as set out on our guarantee page. Rodent, possum, and other specialist treatments carry service-specific terms communicated in the quote and on the certificate.

Exclusions

We are not liable for damage caused to property or possessions by pests prior to treatment, or for reinfestation arising from a separate species, a new entry pathway not present at the time of treatment, or the customer declining a recommended secondary measure.

Cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your booking with no charge. Late cancellations may incur an attendance fee at our discretion, though we usually waive this for first-time customers.

Compliance

All work is performed under the Victorian Health (Pest Control) license framework using APVMA-registered products applied at label rates. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply in addition to these terms; nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights.

Disputes

If you’re not satisfied, contact us first at info@resolvepc.com.au - we resolve almost everything inside 48 hours. Unresolved matters may be referred to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
